Mark is an amazing Instructor. I can't believe his patience when I made repeated mistakes in the first few days of my driving lessons. He clearly explained to me how to fix those things. He helped me as much as I needed to carry out my driving lessons without any problems. I was also allowed to take the baby when no one was at home. Also, if I have difficult days, Mark who was humble enough to reschedule those days and times according to my availability. Mark arrived on time to give the lesson. I learned many things from him including proper and safe driving. Everything was explained very clearly. Always encouraged me. Also instilled confidence in me to drive. Finally I managed to get my QLD drive licence. I saw how happy he was as I was??. It is the result of his honest hard work. I highly recommand Mark as a cool, funny, humble and flexible man. Mark was an absolute legend.

Called him the day before my test to book a test package. No drivers were available for my scheduled test time.

He went above and beyond, calling all instructors to check availability however, still no luck.

Calls me back 10 mins later and tells me he'll take me himself for my lesson before my test.

Couldn't have been more grateful for his help. Test day, we did a 30 min crash course lesson in TOOWONG as that's where my test was booked and I passed with flying colours on my first go!!

Definitely recommend booking with Briswide and if you're lucky enough, book Mark as your instructor - he's the bomb.com!!

Mark was very patient and calm in his instruction, allowing small mistakes to happen and then explaining the mistake, as well as the reasoning behind it. He gave practical tips for passing the exam, as well as instruction on good driving practice. He was extremely pleasant to drive with and I got a lot out of his classes, and passed my exam on the first try! Thank you very much.

Very overdue review... Briswide Driving School was the best driving school. Mark is the best teacher. He was very reliable and easygoing which made me less terified of driving but still very aware of the road rules. I fully recommend Briswide Driving School to anyone who just starting to drive.

I tried going for the driving tests by myself but failed three times. Then someone recommended Briswide for me, and I had Mark for my first lesson. He was the best driving instructor out there, and I loved it. After a lesson with him, I felt I needed to go for another one before I went for my test, and I couldn't wait for the lesson, but I went and passed my test. I enjoyed my lessons with Mark, and I do recommend him. I just hope he can be a bit less funny, because now I want to go for another lesson even after I got my license because i just enjoyed the lessons that much.

If I can give more than 5 Stars I would. Mark is 10/10! He is absolutely amazing instructor. I felt safe and confident driving with him. On the day of my practical driving test, I was feeling a bit low but Mark ensured that I’ll pass the test and I did! I found not just an instructor but a very good friend. He gave me full confidence and to believe in myself. I am very happy that I got my licence but at the same time sad that our driving lesson is over. Thank you very much Mark for all the hardwork you put in to teach me proper and safe driving. I owe it to you.

I came across Briswide Driving School when looking for my free Keys2Drive lesson and came across Mark. I chose him because I thought he looked cool in his photo. Sure enough he was! Mark is an excellent driving instructor! He made me feel comfortable behind the wheel, with all his ongoing jokes, and taught me everything I know about driving. Reverse parallel parking used to freak me out, but Mark made it so easy. I’ll definitely miss having lessons with him. If you need a top notch driving instructor, book with Mark for a good laugh and some safe driving !! :)

He went above and beyond to ensure an instructor was able to take me, so he took it upon himself to take me for my test lesson. Going through BrisWide (Mark) changed my driving ability more than I could’ve ever imagined! Through only 10 lessons, I went from not being confident and thinking i would never ever get my P’s to knowing everything and more to pass my test! I could not recommend this company or Mark enough. It's rare to find an honest, professional and funny instructor such as Mark who really knows his stuff and way around. My son submitted his driving log late. Fortunately, with Mark's advice, he managed to get it approved in time for his practical test! I sat behind to observe his lesson before the test. They are on point and simple to understand. He was super grumpy while teaching me the whole time. I used another driving school and my new instructor was super opposite of Mark. I commend Mark though for being honest that I need more practice. But Mark did not even explain to me why I was wrong and the proper way of driving after testing me. He raised his voice, already using steering the wheel on his own even if I was driving safely, it’s just that I am eating the center lane. Unlike with others, they will demonstrate it to me and just instruct me to safely move a little coz I am eating the center lane etc but would not take the steering wheel from me unless necessary. Other instructor would ask me to pull over the car and explain to me in 3 mins or so why I was wrong and how to correct it. They would cheer me up and encourage me try again. Mark is super grumpy/snobbish/no patience at all. I learned a little from him but I lost my confidence in driving.
